We are committed to total body wellness for our clients.  We offer many services to treat the full person.... mind, body and soul. 

Massage Therapy Services

Swedish Massage - The most common form of massage.  It relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains.

Deep Tissue Massage - Works the tissue below the surface muscles. 

Comfort Touch - This is typically for the ill or the elderly for whom other forms of massage may be inappropriate due to medical conditiona or medications.  The client is fully clothed.  Sessions are 30 minutes only.

Sports Massage - Designed for athletes, this type of massage is used for pre-event warm-up, post-event recovery, during training, or to assist with rehab after an injury.

Trigger Point Therapy - Used to relieve muscular pain and dysfunction through applied pressure to trigger points causing referred pain.  May also include stretching exercises.

Chair Massage - This service is great for Grand Openings, Events and Promotions or employee appreciation..  Chair massage offers a way to provide relaxation and stress relief for a larger group in an office or other professional setting.  There is no need to undress; the client sits on an ergonomically-designed massage chair to receive their massage, and they can resume their normal activities immediately following the session.  Chair massage is limited to a minimum of 5 and maximum of 20 minutes per person.  Sessions can also be tailored for stress management or pain management. 

Education

We are committed to educating clients and the public on options for a healthy lifestyle.  We have a resouce library on site for educational benefits.  While we cannot permit borrowing of these resources, we do have a private, relaxing area to sit and read at your convenience.   We also have internet available and will try to assist clients with locating online resources for their particular medical condition.
