Massage Worx & Wellness 

At Massage Worx & Wellness, all of our therapists are fully trained, licensed and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage. 

We will work with each client individually to develop a treatment plan to address chronic pain or facilitate recovery from an injury or accident.  Even if you are feeling great, regular massage will boost your immune system and help keep you feeling great.  We do that, too!

While we are all trained in the practice of massage therapy, each therapist brings his or her own style and technique to Massage Worx & Wellness.

Amy Cottrell, LMT, CPT

Amy is a graduate of Louisville School of Massage.   In addition to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Clinical/Medical Massage, Comfort Touch, and Trigger Point Massage, Amy also offers Craniosacral Therapy and is a Certified Personal Trainer.  You can read more on this treatment under the CST tab at the top of the page. 

 

Joe Rodgers, LMT

 

Joe is a graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics and specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage.  He also offers Swedish, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Fibromyalgia Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Hot Stone Massage.
